The adventure begins with a visit to the famous Candy Cane Mountains, known for their striking red and white striped rock formations that create a unique and surreal landscape. These extraordinary mountains are among Azerbaijan’s most photographed natural attractions and have even served as a filming location for international movies. Along the route, guests will enjoy a photo stop near Besh Barmag Mountain, a legendary mountain peak that rises dramatically above the surrounding landscape and offers excellent panoramic views.
The tour then continues toward the magnificent Shahdag Mountain Resort, one of the country’s premier mountain destinations. Surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Greater Caucasus, the resort offers fresh mountain air, breathtaking scenery, and a variety of recreational activities throughout the year. Depending on the selected package, guests may enjoy cable car rides that provide spectacular views of the surrounding valleys and mountains, as well as thrilling coaster rides that add an extra sense of adventure to the experience. Selected tour options also include an off road excursion to the picturesque Laza Village, allowing visitors to explore one of the region’s most beautiful mountain settlements.

Guests are advised to bring warm clothing as temperatures in the mountain region may be significantly cooler than in Baku. Carrying cash is recommended for personal purchases and optional activities. Guests staying in the Old City or Nizami Street area may be required to meet at a designated meeting point as vehicle access is restricted in those locations. Please note that the Pink Lake is not visited between 17 May and 31 August due to seasonal visitor volumes at Shahdag Resort and to ensure sufficient time for mountain activities. Tour schedules and attraction access may vary depending on weather and operational conditions.

- This BOLO TRIP package includes transportation in a comfortable vehicle, hotel pickup and drop off or meeting point transfers according to the selected option, and the services of a professional tour guide throughout the journey. Guests will receive assistance with photography opportunities during the tour and may enjoy lunch if the lunch option is selected at the time of booking. What's Excluded
- This tour does not include personal expenses, additional food and beverages unless specifically selected, gratuities, or optional activities not mentioned in the inclusions. Off road transportation to Laza Village is only included for guests who choose the Shahdag Tour with Laza Village option. Any activities purchased directly at Shahdag Mountain Resort outside the selected package are not covered.
